Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut NV presents a golden straw-yellow colour with green highlights and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles . The nose is fresh and vibrant, with intense aromas of green apple, citrus fruit, and white flowers, complemented by a mineral freshness . On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, offering a harmonious blend of fruitiness and elegant maturity. Flavours of white fruits and citrus lead to a long, refined finish with notes of brioche, cereal, and fresh nuts . This is a versatile, food-friendly Champagne, ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, poultry, or soft cheeses.

Domaine Introduction:
Moët & Chandon is one of the world's most iconic Champagne houses, founded in 1743 by Claude Moët in Épernay, and is now part of the LVMH group . Renowned as the "Champagne of Emperors", its fame was largely built on its close association with Napoleon Bonaparte during the 19th century . The "Impérial" cuvée, named in Napoleon's honour, was created in 1869 and remains the House's signature non-vintage expression, celebrated for its bright fruitiness, seductive palate, and elegant maturity .
