Description

Domaine Introduction:
Domaine Eleni et Edouard Vocoret is a rising star in Chablis, run by the young and passionate brother-and-sister team, Eleni and Edouard Vocoret. The family has deep roots in the region, with generations of winemaking history, but it is this new generation that has propelled the domaine to new heights since taking over in the late 2000s. They are known for their meticulous, organic-inspired viticulture and a minimalist approach in the cellar, allowing each vineyard plot to express its true character. The domaine owns a remarkable portfolio of parcels across Chablis, including premier crus and grand crus, with a focus on old vines that produce concentrated, terroir-driven wines. They have gained a cult following among Burgundy enthusiasts for their precise, mineral-rich, and beautifully balanced Chardonnays that showcase the pure essence of Chablis. The "En Boucheron" is a village-level lieu-dit that benefits from excellent sun exposure and is farmed with the same care and attention as their premier cru vineyards.
