Description

Domaine Introduction:
Domaine Faiveley is one of Burgundy's most esteemed and historic estates, founded in 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Now under the stewardship of the seventh generation, the domaine has grown to become the largest landowner in Burgundy's Côte d'Or, with an exceptional portfolio of grand crus and premier crus. Renowned for its meticulous vineyard management and traditional winemaking approach, Faiveley produces wines of remarkable depth, structure, and ageing potential. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted, with fermentation carried out in temperature-controlled vats to preserve purity of fruit. The wines are aged in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new oak to add complexity and spice, while respecting the unique expression of each terroir.
