Pepper and oak woods gradually transform into ripe peach, caramelized apple, and honeysuckle florals. This spirit has a long and complex finish. Ripe plum and peach accompany the oak-infused vanilla notes.

Distillery Introduction: Nikka Whisky, also known as Ikka Whisky, is a renowned Japanese whisky brand founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, considered the father of Japanese whisky. Based in Yoichi, Hokkaido, and Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, it produces internationally acclaimed whiskies. Brand History and Founder: Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka Whisky, studied whisky-making techniques in Scotland and brought them back to Japan, combining them with local culture to create a unique Japanese whisky style. The company was initially named Dainippon Fruit Juice Co., and later changed its name to Nikka Whisky in 1952.
