Rosa Moscato sparkling is made from carefully selected Moscato grapes from the most famous core region of Piedmont. After undergoing advanced low-temperature digitally controlled maceration, it is then fermented twice in traditional barrels. This produces delicate little bubbles and aromas of strawberry, red cherry, pear, red apple, honey, and rose.
