Description

Origin: The estate is located in the rural heart of Rheinhessen, Germany, a region with an excellent international reputation. The vineyard lies on mineral-rich slopes along the Rhine River, benefiting from a mild climate with an average annual temperature of 11°C and around 1,700 hours of sunshine per year. The combination of slate and volcanic rock, along with “red subsoil” (Rotliegend) mixed with flaky clay and gravel, provides the vines with abundant mineral nutrients. This unique terroir yields Riesling wines of great depth and aromatic complexity.
